Miyun Agriculture Festival

On April 15, 2008 Miyun County Agriculture Festival is opened in Huadian Advanced Training Center. The heads of Beijing rural affairs committee, Beijing tourism bureau, Miyun County government, Miyun County rural affairs committee and Miyun County tourism bureau attend the News conference on the festival. More than 40 Medias and Newpapers are involved in the news conference, including: Beijing Daily, China Tourism News, Beijing TV, The Travel Channel, Qianlong net and so on.

      The theme of the Agriculture Festival is ‘Love farming, broadcast green hope’. The purpose is to create a general image of Beijing rural travel and agricultural experience, promote the development of folk travel and to bring customers and travelers the original ecological cultur and agriculture of Miyun County. The Agriculture Festival will last for three months.
