Wohu Mountain is 665.22 meters high, and the Great wall was built in one of its relatively isolated peak with a height of 450 meters. The mountain got its name from the shape of its top, which looks like two tigers, one looking up and the other lying down. It is now restrictedly open to the outer world. The Wohu Mountain Great Wall can be divided into two sections: Wanshoushan section and Wohushan section. Wanshou Mountain Great Wall is 780 meters long with totally 7 enemy-attacking buildings; and Wohushan Great Wall is 1550 meters long with 9 enemy-attacking buildings. With its steep peaks and dense buildings, it is connected with Badalou Great Wall on the west and locks Chaohe River together with Panlong Mountain Great Wall on the east. | | |
